This version comes in a laminated gatefold cover and has green Chrysalis labels. It has the same cat# on labels and cover.

Very similar to [r1873309] except the cat# printed on the sleeve is in a different typeface, more compressed. The zero in 1041 is like that, not an O as in the other version.

The ILPS matrix is printed upside down.
The runouts are stamped; Porky & Pecko are etched.
