This is a German reissue with golden labels giving only the original release date--1967. Prior entry claim this has an A4 booklet, but my copy is a 12-page 30 cm x 30 cm booklet on high-quality linen paper. It is possible this design was released as early as 1973, as some have claimed. My copy was purchased between 1981 and 1984. Cover references to the Edison Prize and the Deutscher Schall Platten Preis may help date it more precisely.
