These recordings were first released January 30, 1967, as Capitol album ST-2666. The Stone Poneys were Bob Kimmel, Ken Edwards - and a girl named Linda Ronstadt. Well, the Poneys disbanded... Linda gained modest fame as a solo artist... and that's the way things stayed for a half-dozen years. Until now. Now everybody knows Linda Ronstadt - especially the hunderds of thousands who've bought her #1 single "You're No Good" and her #1 Gold Album "Heart Like A Wheel." Thus, the eleven tracks contained herein - Linda's first album ever - have acquired historic as well as contemporary significance. Gatefold.
